Absolutely horrible phone system. Called in twice for a new clean, was directed to a link, not to a person, a link. Answered all the stupid question just for the link to tell me no availability call this number. So I called this number and was directed to the link again lol. Maybe get some actual people to answer the phone and you won't lose customers.
Would not recommend this cleaning company. Maid was sweet and nice but did not clean the house as thoroughly as expected. I booked a move-out cleaning service excepting the whole house to be deep cleaned, but unfortunately got a half cleaned house. Baseboards, walls, windows were not competed at all. Refrigerator was only half cleaned and bathroom was only superficially cleaned. My cleaner was fantastic! Just moved into a new place and was told it would be cleaned prior to moving in. When it was not I needed a last minute booking prior to moving all my furniture in. Booked the night before and they were there the next morning. They did a great job! When I came back the house smelt clean and everything looked great!
I recently arranged for bi-weekly cleaning thru PVM and my first one was yesterday with Kira. First cleanings are always harder & more involved - but Kira did an absolutely fantastic job. She was very detail oriented and thorough. Even stayed longer than I expected to get the job done. I could not recommend her more. Such a nice, professional and hard working young lady. I was extremely impressed. So happy I chose your company amongst many options. Thank you and I look forward to seeing her again. 👍
