When I went in, I was promptly greeted, treated with kindness, and the bank teller set me up with Glenda to take care of my loan. True to her name, Glenda exuded goodness and kindness and she saved me almost 2 percentage points on my APR AND got me $200 cash back AND followed up with me to ensure from start to finish that all my banking needs were well cared for!! This is definitely the dream banking experience and I’m so grateful for the family-feel and federally backed trust they provide!!!
Longest phone hold times ever. So far 1.5 hours this morning. No local branch and I have never been able to log into their website to do anything online! Edit: it turned into 3 hours on hold just to move money from expired CD to savings even though they had prior instructions to do so (twice). They confirmed there was no way to do it online. New update: Local branch couldn't issue me cashier's check for recently expired CD. More hours on hold and barriers just to have them MAIL me a check...on a holiday weekend. Grrrrr.

Glenda and Grace at this branch are absolutely incredible and deliver superb customer service. It was my first time getting an auto loan with my partner and this team was so kind and helpful walking us through the process. Not only that, they were so excited for us as they know this is an exciting chapter for us - truly felt like family love and support! We will now be back to work with this team more often for other needs like financial planning and savings. 10/10 recommend and excited to have found you guys!
