We have had some issues with scheduling. I wouldn’t recommend boarding your dog here. My dog does the therapy swim and that has been great.

This was a very disappointing experience. When I dropped off my dog, they immediately took her away. When I asked if I could say goodbye, I was told, “No. She’s already gone.” I received no updates during her stay and had to email just to check in and see how she was doing. Staff also repeatedly referred to my female dog as “him.” When my flight was delayed, I asked if I could pick her up about 45 minutes late and said I was willing to pay for the extra time, but they refused and required me to pay for an additional full nig... read more

I'd give 0 stars if possible. STAY AWAY!! Cascade Kennels recommended this place when they were booked for the holidays. My friend had warned me about this place, her dog came home with a nasty case of kennel cough after staying here, but I took a chance because I needed something last minute. What a HUGE mistake! They notified me via email 5 days into the stay that one of my dogs had diarrhea since day 2. I picked them up on the 6th day to find my dog not ONLY with diarrhea but also with a SEVERE case of pneumonia. I had to... read more

This was our first time boarding our dog at a dog resort and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to use paradise pet lodge. We had heard great reviews of the pet lodge and because of our dogs older age and health issues we no longer wanted to rely on friends and family. Paradise did an awesome job making sure our pup was taken care of and his multiple medications were administered. He came home happy and looking great.
