First experience having my dog away from me. My dog has reactivity issues and this facility was recommended. I had a business trip to go on and I was nervous about leaving my dog with just anyone. I contacted paradise pet lodge and they were very helpful over the phone and email. When we arrived it was a wash check in. My dog was extremely extremely nervous and hid under the counter, the staff helped us get settled in. This was nice and set my mind at ease. I have been boarding pets here for several years and it is always my first choice. The staff are pleasant and the accommodations comfortable!
