I'd give 0 stars if possible. STAY AWAY!! Cascade Kennels recommended this place when they were booked for the holidays. My friend had warned me about this place, her dog came home with a nasty case of kennel cough after staying here, but I took a chance because I needed something last minute. What a HUGE mistake! They notified me via email 5 days into the stay that one of my dogs had diarrhea since day 2. This was our first time boarding our dog at a dog resort and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to use paradise pet lodge. We had heard great reviews of the pet lodge and because of our dogs older age and health issues we no longer wanted to rely on friends and family. Paradise did an awesome job making sure our pup was taken care of and his multiple medications were administered. He came home happy and looking great.
