⭐️ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. Archana was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude toward customers are completely unacceptable. She made me feel unwelcome and showed absolutely no professionalism. Instead of listening respectfully, she became defensive and argumentative. This is not how a customer should be treated. Great service every time.
They completely messed up my eyebrows. I paid $6 and it honestly wasn’t worth it. They look uneven and nothing like I asked for. I had important places to be, and now I have to deal with fixing them. Very disappointed with the service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Amazing staff that provides great service, listens to all concerns and genuinely professional.
