TERRIBLE experience! Your agent Perla DelaCruz completely screwed us over at the last minute, and is the most unethical agent we have ever encountered. We sold our home last year and know the caliber of agents that exist out there. Submitted an full offer with Realtor Perla Delacruz after confirming a verbal acceptance If we could meet asking. We agreed immediately and returned a signed offer, she avoided signing until the next morning and called to say she was offered a deal late the night before for over asking. We expressed how much we loved the home and that full price was literally all we could afford and to please not go back on her verbal contract.
