If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My garage door has been broken for over two months, and the property manager, Courtney, told me that because they have not paid the contractor, they cannot even provide a timeline for when it will be fixed. That is completely unacceptable. Because of this, I am now forced to carry my trash from the front of my house all the way to the back since my garage door will not open. I was a tenant at silk factory lofts for over 4 years and have had issues with a dryer in the apt that did no work on and off for over 9 months as well as having my car damaged in the parking lot for over 6000 dollars . Tenants would not follow rules regarding recycling and garbage. Fired the only good property Manager that actually followed through with maintaining the complex inside and out and actually got back to the residents via email/phone. We can't even get ahold or get honest information about transferring from management, let alone the actual leasing personnel.
