I was a tenant at silk factory lofts for over 4 years and have had issues with a dryer in the apt that did no work on and off for over 9 months as well as having my car damaged in the parking lot for over 6000 dollars . Fired the only good property Manager that actually followed through with maintaining the complex inside and out and actually got back to the residents via email/phone. We can't even get ahold or get honest information about transferring from management, let alone the actual leasing personnel.
I have been a resident at Greenwich Place for over four years, and in my experience, the property has declined every single year under Paradise Management. It has become clear to me that they prioritize profit over maintaining a safe, clean, and functional living environment. These apartments are marketed as “luxury,” yet the reality is far from it: outdated white appliances, cheap fixtures, unreliable amenities, and a call box that rarely works. Your office hours stay between 8 to 5 but they’re never open. I’ve been calling this place all day. They are so unprofessional every last one of them in the property manager the property.
