Zero stars should be an option because they definitely don’t deserve one start! Do not rent from this company. They only care about money and not the safety of their residents. Buildings are poorly maintained. Maintenance half fix things or will sign off on a work order stating something was fixed and in actuality, they never came to fix it. I’m a responsible single mother who moved into the Gateway Apartments in West Chester 14 months ago with my 10 year old son. In that time I built a home at the Gateway for my family and I. Unfortunately management decided to renovate my unit and would not renew a lease to me, essentially leaving my son and I without a place to live.
