My name is Brian Bodnar, and I own Paradise Properties. In November of 2009 I rented to this man. His name is Metin Erdogan, He signed a six month Lease Agreement, but decided to move out three months later. He gave only two weeks verbal notice, when his agreement stated he was to provide a written notice 30 days before moving out. I could have charged him the additional three months rent he owed for, but I didn't. I wasn't required to return any of his security deposit, but I did.
