Terrible experience. I arrived here with a Step Deck onion load at 11:30 AM, and now it’s 5:40 PM — still waiting with no update. No one comes to inform you, no communication at all. They took my phone number but never called. I’ve been sitting here all day for nothing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of a driver's time. Avoid this place if you value your time.
Absolutely the worst receiver I’ve dealt with in years. I brought a load of onions early this morning and have been sitting here all day. Staff is rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Zero communication, no regard for drivers’ time, and not even a basic sense of courtesy. If you value your sanity or schedule, avoid this place at all costs
I had a 5:00 am appointment and checked in on time. Took 6 hrs before I got paperwork
Delivering here. They're opening 5am. Checked in at 5 a.m., now 1:30 p.m., and I don't have a door yet.
