I have contacted Steve for 2 months now to replace the 4 th panel of the the cracked exterior shell of the hot tub. Texted him 3 times called him 2 times went to store 2 times. Steve got paid and does not respond. Beware Spa owners Caladera changed the resin on the shell using a different formula causing the shells to crack. Not impressed with customer service. Plus my small jets keep on coming off.
Hot Tub troubles started last May 2016 in my 3 year old unit...Still waiting to get motor working..Repair guy here last May, June, August & Sept still not working... Appointment scheduled for today May 12, no one has showed or called... Steve please call & help...
Steve and paradise pools has done an amazing job installing our backyard dream scape and swimming pool. We are in a challenging location on the water in Toms River.The pool is gorgeous and completely maintenance and trouble free, as was promised,It is salt water and uses almost no chemicals or energy !!!
