Steve is the customer advocate and always comes through. I was new to a pool purchased and he walked me through everything thouroughly. It was a good experience and highly recommend.
As a commercial Pool manager for Sailors Quay in Brick, NJ I can not say enough about Steve and Paradise Pools. They did a super job rebuilding our pool over the winter and recommended and installed a state of the art pumping system for our filters, that is saving us thousands on eclectic use. Their response time for anything we need is second to none. One of the best companies I deal with everyday.
Paradise built our new pool following superstorm Sandy destroyed the prior one. Not an easy job only feet from the lagoon. They continue to maintain it well - no issues. Water crystal clear- but I only let Paradise touch it no one else. Steve himself came to fix a stubborn problem with the railing. Nice to see continued good service, not "Install, take the money and run".
Steve came out and looked at my pool,an estimate for a new liner was emailed the next day. Bri in the office was very helpful. We love everything about this experience of getting a replacement liner! From start to finish very professional!
