Paradise Oaks apartment is a awful place to live . The apartment floors are falling a part , water spots in all the ceilings in the apartment .There are cockroaches' and rats . Maintenance is aware of all my complaints and have done zero about it , Just waiting for my lease to end . BEWARE DONT MOVE HERE !!!!!
