Customer service is fantastic. Very thorough. They were very kind and passionate with their were if you were choosing a nail salon this is the place to come to.
I’ve gone here for 5 years. I have seen management changes and people come and go so I feel like this review is very much needed and one that can be really useful when considering this place. The technicians (at least the ones from the last two years) are usually nice but the quality is severely lacking. It’s typically only with manicures and full sets. The quality is VERY hit (10%) or VERY miss (90% of the time). Pedicures are usually good. They never show prices (except for pedicures) so that’s always annoying and honestly... read more
The designs were so pretty! The nail artists are so talented and sweet!
my daughter went for a pedicure 11/23/24 which was yesterday she reached out to them. No one would answer or respond, but she received a chemical burn during her pedicure process. go there at your own risk. We will continue to reach out and get this matter rectified
