Went in for a pedicure and came out with scratched and tender heels. The technician was very aggressive when exfoliating the calluses on my heels. I had to stop him twice because he was scrubbing too hard and I could feel my heels becoming tender. After the second time of stopping him, he stopped altogether leaving my heels rough and not smooth. I picked out a mauve color and he used a light pink.
