I got extensions done here and they were horribly applied. There was a visible gap between my real nails and the extensions — they weren’t even properly attached. I called them and explained the issue, and they told me to come in so they could fix it. I waited 45 minutes at the salon just to be told they weren’t actually going to fix the nails — instead, the technician said she would cut my real nails underneath the extensions. I came for my Eyebrow waxing and nails. The eyebrows are not clean and they also burnt my skin.

I got rue and she did a excellent job on my nails but it did take two hours and she kinda hurt but they ended up being beautiful

I was highly disappointed when I went in today. I had gone to get a pedicure and a brand NEW full set. My pedicure was terrible to say the least. I had ask the lady if she was going to use a foot pumice stone to scrub my feet after she used the foot and she told me that would be extra.. what ??? Since when? I'm getting a pedicure so how does that make sense. As well they did not give me a foot massage, she just put some oil on my legs and feet an called it a day.
