This place should take some class for customer service. My wife came by here and did her nails I am away she had to take the kids. Not sure if it was the owner or person in charge all he did was scream at the kids. First off you have to talk to parents if something bothers you. Wife could not move to kids sitting because of them taking care of her nails. Won’t recommend no one here. They are lucky my wife is very humble 🤫
Been going here for years since Dee and Luke was there and it’s just not the same quality and service have definitely went down
In June 5th I had a manicure and pedicure done before my cruise which left on June 7th. While boarding the ship I looked down and two of my toes had no polish. I wasn’t happy but oh well. I took pics and today I visited to get mani and pedicure done While checking out I explained to the manager what happened and asked for a discount today on my pedi and he refused. Horrible experience! Will never come again and I strongly recommend you don’t either. No explication on nail prices. Nail color was not the same as shown in catalog book. Never again
