Incredibly dirty, it looked like they hadn't vacuumed in years. YEARS. They had lots of dirty drying machines behind the counter, all toppled on one another. None of the paper towel dispensers had paper towels in them and they carried no water bottles or beverages for guests. The pedicure seats had HUGE holes in them and it looked like this place hadn't been cleaned or swept in forever. While my manicure was fine, I felt completely filthy while I was there and it made me question the sanitation of the tools as well. The tech... read more
