I've ordered firewood for years, but this year they delivered only half what I paid for. They promised to make up the difference but it has been 2 months and they keep scheduling deliveries and not coming. I've called more than 10 times.
I AM GOING TO WRITE THIS REVIEW WITH ALL CAPS! PLEASE DONOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM ! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM THEM AND NOTHING . I RENTED A DUMPSTER AND INFORMED THEM THAT I WILL BE KEEPIING IT FOR 3 WEEKS , THEY CAME AND PICKED UP THE DUMPSTER WITHIN A WEEK , WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM TO RETURN THE DUMPSTER THEY OF COURSE CAN NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH AND WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER , I NEVER GOT A CALL AND NOTHING , ALL CRICKETS ON THEIR PART , OWNER IS ALWAYS ON A EMERGENCY . They did a great job with stump grinding on 11 stumps I had in my yard. The guy that came out was extremely thorough and put extra effort in to tidy up the debris at the end, which is greatly appreciated. Great work and great price.
