I understand they have a no refund policy; however, my husband bought a watch for me almost 2 years ago and I’ve been holding onto the store credit ever since. I’ve been repeatedly to the store and am not interested in anything they have. I’ve asked time and time again for a refund as a courtesy and show of good faith but to no avail I am told the same thing every time ... the owner will not give a refund. So nearly 2 years later and I’m still out almost $1k 🤷🏼♀️

Me and My Friends was asked to come inside by a man working today 3/5/2019 @12:20pm after we asked questions about the jewelry he started being racist saying we can’t afford real jewelry prices and being very nasty.I won’t never purchase from this store and i hope they go out of business,no one should be treated this way based on judgement.We tried to speak with a manager but manager was on site smdh.I always purchase jewelry from Zales so i learned my lesson today
