I took a very old rope chain in to only fix the chain that was broken I did not want anything else done they decided to change the clasp with some small lobster clasp. I did this for my son his grandfather gave him . I went back and spoke to the owner about this and he was very rude telling me to get out of the store that I was accusing them of stealing the old clasp.
