My experience with Paradise in Hawaii is that they go above and beyond to make sure guests have an excellent vacation experience. In my unit, the refrigerator stopped working. The management company immediately brought in a back-up full size refrigerator for the guests. When a new refrigerator was shipped to the island, they were instrumental in getting it picked up and installed quickly. We like to bring our direct family together for Christmas. There are 9 members living in Calif & Arizona. We knew Covid and the Hawaii regulations would be the gauntlet we would need to navigate but what surprised me was the attitude of Jeff Seifert and Suzanne Kilner of Paradise in Hawaii Luxury Homes LP. They do a bait and switch by listing the property in VRBO then moving you to their site for finalizing the booking. Aloha! Sometime after booking, *********************** had some concerns regarding Covid and travel. We were extremely responsive during the whole process. We gave him the option to cancel, suggested travel insurance, and provided very detailed updates on the Covid status and protocols in Hawaii. He and his family decided to keep their booking in place and come to Hawaii despite their concerns.
