Our stay at our four-bedroom home in the Mauna **** area could not have been more perfect. From the start of the initial rental process through the entire two-week stay, our experience with Paradise in Hawaii was outstanding. The accommodations were excellent, with everything we needed, including a well-appointed kitchen, as well as bikes, helmets, beach towels, toys, beach umbrellas and other equipment. It was a truly incredible experience renting a home in the Mauna **** area from Paradise in Hawaii luxury homes. They were extremely communicative well in advance of our stay, and provided a digital visitors guide to help in planning our stay. Everything was as advertised or above, with all three master bedrooms and the chefs kitchen well appointed with everything we could need. We stayed at The ********! Our condo unit was emasculate, well stocked and beautiful. The pool area was also amazing. I cant say enough about how great our vacation was! I highly recommend this company *** rental property.

We rented a home in the Mauna **** area and everything was wonderful! The home was nice and clean, well stocked with everything needed for a beach day, had a great kitchen and bbq and lovely outdoor seating!! We enjoyed the pool at the complex and loved the beach club. The snorkeling at the beach club was amazing!! The staff gave great directions for everything and were quick to answer any questions. Awesome. We rented a home that was managed by Paradise In Hawaii and were amazed at how wonderful they were. We were contacted before arriving with ALL the necessary information needed to get in and get settled. The one time I contacted them for anything, they responded immediately. I could not be more pleased with a management company than with Paradise in Hawaii. In addition, our flight to the mainland was cancelled and we were not able to fly out for three days. We use Paradise in Hawaii to manage our short term vacation rental. They have been amazing. Always quick to respond to questions or concerns. They have a great team from the people in maintenance to the people who manage the phones. If you are looking for someone to manage your property on the big island I would highly recommend using PIH.

My family and I recently had a very much needed, relaxing stay in Golf Villas! We booked through VRBO, but the management company were great to work with. The view of the golf course is amazing and we grilled on the lanai while watching the sunset most evenings. The home is tastefully decorated and the amenities were the best we have seen in a rental, we were really impressed all around. The beach club is so close by and the snorkeling is incredible. We would definitely recommend this ************* to stay again.

My experience with Paradise in Hawaii is that they go above and beyond to make sure guests have an excellent vacation experience. In my unit, the refrigerator stopped working. The management company immediately brought in a back-up full size refrigerator for the guests. When a new refrigerator was shipped to the island, they were instrumental in getting it picked up and installed quickly. On another occasion, the air conditioning system had a problem and parts were brought back from another island within the same day and the... read more
