I called paradise hearing in Prescott Valley in order to acquire a fax number. The man quickly rambled off numbers that I could not write down quickly enough so I asked him to repeat it, he did just as quickly and just as mumbled. I asked him to please slow down that I was not understanding him and he literally yelled at me saying " ILL SAY IT ONLY ONE MORE TIME THEN IM DONE!!!!!" it was very unprofessional and rude. The irony is that it is a hearing place AND THEY SHOULD BE MORE ACCOMMODATING TO HAVING TO REPEAT THEMSELVES ... read more
