Great people and great service!
On 7/5/19 at 6:00 pm, 3,000 miles from our starting point in NY, one of the bikes broke down on 205S. We called Paradise. They close at 6:30. Marc told us when the flatbed got the bike to the dealer to call him. He gave me his cell number. We called and he came down and pulled the bike into service. The next morning, they pulled the motor apart, drove 50 miles for the parts, and after extensive work, had us back on the road by 4:00 pm Saturday. Last night was the first time in 4 years I have ridden a motorcycle on the street since my accident. I cannot thank Bryce and the staff enough at Paradise HD for giving me and my husband the most amazing buying experience. We purchased a 2018 Sportster 1200 and the only thing I am regretting is not doing this sooner! We look forward to coming back! Thank you Bryce for being the coolest salesman we have had the pleasure of working with. The owner should be so proud of his staff!

My experience with these folks was right on! They took a genuine interest in what I wanted. Frankly, their follow through and customer experience was a 10 plus. Observe, I didn't say customer service. That is what one would expect and anyone can provide that. @Paradise, they provided an excellent memory making experience!
