I’d just like to say I had an amazing experience recently here at Paridise Grills and that was due to the outstanding attention to detail by our sales rep Mike. I’d just like thank him for his assistance and patience with us.
I went in to Paradise Grill on Saturday and the new guy, Gerrick, was very friendly, respectful and informative. He just started working there but talking with him made me feel like he'd been there forever. I had a very pleasurable experience.
My wife and I stopped in to kill some time before a dinner reservation in Sarasota just to see what they had. We knew we wanted a Tiki bar at some point but didn’t expect to find exactly what we had envisioned on display. The showroom blew us away and Sean was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and never tried to pressure us into a sale. He answered all of our questions, helped us determine exactly what we wanted and now I just can’t wait to start entertaining and grilling for friends and family. So excited.
Recently purchased an outdoor kitchen from the Cape Coral showroom. Lucas answered all of our questions and helped us purchase the perfect outdoor kitchen for our backyard oasis.
Paradise Grills in Doral offered excellent customer service and quality products. Rafael is an amazing asset to the Paradise Grills organization as he provided us with customer service tailored to our needs and budget.
