I visited the Orlando showroom and spoke with Joe or Joey I believe was his name. Top notch experience, he knew his product and there were only a few options which made it very easy to select from. I just wanted to share that this was a grill experience like I hadn't had before, attentive, knowledgeable and great selection that you don't get at a Big box store.
Really like my bar and Omar was great with answering all our questions ! Delivery went well and it really makes our back patio look great ! ABS
The products and the service are both impeccable! Sean helped us and is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.
After a quick ****** search, I found myself at paradise grills in Pompano Beach. Upon arrival I had a good feeling they knew what they were doing with a beautifully laid out showroom and a worker who immediately greeted me. At this point in time I have yet to make a purchase due to my own indecisiveness, but given the high quality selection and very friendly employees, I don't see why my money and time would be spent elsewhere.
I purchased a paradise grill over 18 months ago. I had a small problem figuring out how to replace a interior light bulb. I contacted my store (Pembroke Pines) and the manager (Raphael) not only remembered me but came to my home the next day to install the bulb and teach me how to do it myself. I cannot ask for better service as well as a trouble free product.
Went to this location and it was gorgeous. The staff offered me a drink due to how hot it is outside. Jeremy showed me a grill that I know fiancé will love.
I had a great experience at their Springs location with Ivan. He was very informative and helpful, helped me and my wife select the outdoor kitchen that was right for us. Everything went smoothly from purchase to delivery. Highly recommended!
Showroom is incredible, Troy was very professional and explained everything well. We wanted something pretty custom done, he was able to get us everything we asked for and more. Highly recommend going into the showroom to see everything in person.
My husband and I went to Paradise grills Sarasota to look at outdoor kitchens. The showroom was beautifully set up and clean. Ryan was very helpful, patient, and courteous. He also gave us options for not only grills but bar setups. We look forward to working with Ryan on our next purchase.
