We went to the Jacksonville showroom and Dan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Products and showroom are top notch
Stopped by the new Winter Garden gallery and couldn't be more impressed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Brandon was extremely knowledgable when it came to the product. I highly recommend Paradise Grills for your outdoor needs.

From the beginning, In October 2022, we decided to invest in a grilled. The best place was paradise grills. Oh my gosh the workers there helped us measure and picked what we wanted. Most of all the customer service was excellent. I need to mentioned Jon and Joey. I had a question about our grill and they both showed me what to do and what I needed. We had excellent service from beginning to end. Rick was great at answering all our questions prior to purchasing and all the way to installation. The installation crew who came were super professional and worked hard to get it all completed. So far we have really enjoyed all elements or our outdoor kitchen.
My husband and I went to The Woodlands location to find an outdoor kitchen for our new home. Brenda was amazing, she was so patient, answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process! We can’t wait to enjoy our new outdoor kitchen!
