I went to the pompano location and everything was beautiful and the grills are of great quality. Eric was who helped me and he was very informative.
Nicholous was very knowledgeable and understanding of our current layout. He guided us to a perfect outdoor kitchen that was delivered in five days! Highly recommended!!!
The outdoor kitchen was badly damaged when they delivered it. They would set appointments and either not show up or come unprepared to fix it. They then gave me the runaround and never showed. Very poor company and customer service was deplorable.
Jonathan and Alisia at the Frisco Showroom were fantastic. Knowledgable and helpful. We purchased one for our ****** and are recommending to all of our friends who have rentals as well.
Paradise Grills has great outdoor kitchens at great prices! Patrick, in the Tampa store, has always been a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and is very helpful when making a decision for your space. Between Patrick and the showroom, you can catch the vision for your outdoor space!
At first, I wanted to build my outdoor kitchen. I talked to so many contractors, and the whole process felt so complicated. A nightmare!!! one day, I decided to go to Paradise Grills showroom in Pinecrest to get ideas for my project. I simply felt in love with what they have. material quality 10/10; overall look 10/10; customer service 10/10 (thank you Paula!). i purchased my kitchen the same day and guess what.... They delivered it in only 5 days!!!!! Don't bother using contractors... i highly recommend Paradise Grills
