Great experience with the purchase of my outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grill, sales team Austin and Devonta went above and beyond with explaining the unit, warranty, and answering all my questions with confidence, they were very knowledgeable about their product. this is the second unit I've purchased from this store first was 3 years ago, quality was good I had no issues, loved my unit, I sold my home, just purchased my second unit can't wait to enjoy.

I visited Paradise Grills, which recently opened a location in Kennesaw, GA. We went in with no knowledge of their concept and tired after a full day of visiting various stores for outdoor patio furniture. We were immediately re-energized and blown away by the products and services directly at the door. The more we learned about the quality, design, and entertainment+grill packages, we were elated! My family and me visited the Pembroke Pines store which have to say was very inviting and well laid out showing all the different products they offer and we met Rafael and Maurice. They where both extremely professional and made sure all our questions where answered. They made sure we where comfortable and confident in our purchase. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the store because they are extremely professional and will not be disappointed with the service they recieve.

It has been such great experience to visit Paradise Grill of Pembroke Pines! As soon as my parents walked in they were received by the manager Rafael, he exceeded their expectations with his service and understanding, he demonstrated a true joy to serve and sell great quality products. Just wanted too say a few words about paradise grills at the St. John town center. Deborah was great too work with. She was very patient and helpful at finding the perfect bar/grill and furniture for our new home in nocatee. The delivery/installation was quick and very professional. I would definitely recommend Deborah at Paradise Grill at the St. Johns town Center they are all great to work with

Miserable experience. 2 delivery attempts and still no product first time they sent a crew that said it could not be installed. After when we said that they were mistaken the agreed and sent a second crew down which would seem to confirm the fact it would fit. The second crew showed up with a bunch of scratched up busted up pieces. I told them that it was so torn up that there was no way I would accept the bar I did not buy used equipment. I have nothing but amazing thibgs to say about this business. Notmally I do not leave reviews but I had the chance to meet Endri and his staff and they were nothing but incredible and a privilege to work with. You can tell they take care of themselves, each orher as a team and of the area and building they work in. They really do go above and beyond with their service and explain the benefits of their products and how it compares to the rest of the market. I cannot thank you all enough for doing all that you have done!
