My sales rep Jon was wonderful and he explained everything about the units. We purchased the Maui10 and GX10 combo and was delivered 5/24/23. The faucet on the sink was missing and the delivery reps had me speak with a manager before they left. They stated they will make sure I receive the faucet/sink combo. I didn’t hear back from anyone and I had to follow up with customer service. The CS rep gave me a delivery option via fedex. I waited a week and had to follow up again to find out why package still has not shipped as I w... read more

I visited the Pinecrest store. High quality products! Delivery in 5 days!! Ask for Paula, very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the perfect set for my house! Highly recommended!
I went to the Buford location this weekend. They had a very nice showroom and a great knowledgeable staff. I am going to share this place with my neighbors who could benefit from their kitchens. Very nice!

We are building a pool and getting so close, we can taste it! My kids want a slide, my wife got her hot tub, and I always knew a bar was my thing! Avi at the Windermere location was very knowledgeable, patient and always kept me up to date on inventory and holiday specials. He helped me pick out the perfect set up for our new pool and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Avi and Paradise Grills!
