The one star is based on the faucet. Everything else is fine. The faucets are junk. The first one began dripping shortly after installation (12 months ago). Paradise Grills customer service demanded a video of it dripping. After sending it to them, they sent me a new faucet. Installed the new one and a few months later it began dripping again. There are no replacement parts or seats to repair the faucet. I called customer service a second time and asked for a refund for the faucet so I could purchase a good quality faucet. T... read more
