I purchased outdoor kitchen at the Windermere location. Ian Egan and staff were very helpful and provided me with options within my budget. I was impressed with the quality and beauty and service. They have followed up with regard to delivery and info needed for installation purposes. I cannot wait for delivery date. I purchased the GX and the St Thomas - both are are beautiful. As an outdoor landscape/backyard designer for many years, having the great product at Paradise Grills has been a large help. There is never any hard push selling.
We went to the Jacksonville showroom and Dan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Products and showroom are top notch
Stopped by the new Winter Garden gallery and couldn't be more impressed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Brandon was extremely knowledgable when it came to the product. I highly recommend Paradise Grills for your outdoor needs.

From the beginning, In October 2022, we decided to invest in a grilled. The best place was paradise grills. Oh my gosh the workers there helped us measure and picked what we wanted. Most of all the customer service was excellent. I need to mentioned Jon and Joey. I had a question about our grill and they both showed me what to do and what I needed.
