Throughout my home buying process I have always dealt with Domenic Monardo. He is always super helpful, going out of the way to help his customers. Even If I call him for some reason after 6 years of buying a home, he answers the queries and addresses the issues right away. If you have someone like Domenic, it is an asset to the company.

I wanted to share my experience with the Site Supervisor - Albert D'Angelo, who is specifically assigned to my new home. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I purchased our first townhouse from Paradise Developments in Jan 2025. We have been enjoying our new home and the comfort for past one year. Just a terrible experience, period. Approaching year 4 and still dealing with deficiencies and drafts inside of my home that they have not yet fixed. A nearly $1 million dollar home built as if they were only selling it for $250k. The amount of cut corners and lack of accountability are enough never to purchase a home, resale or anything affiliated with this poor excuse of a builder ever again. Ask anybody from the NKT subdivision how their experience went and they’ll tell you the same.

As a homebuyer, I was very happy with the service I received from both Kevins. Kevin, the site supervisor, was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions throughout the process. He kept everything well organized and made the experience smooth and reassuring. Kevin, the service handyman, was also excellent—he was friendly, punctual, and took care of any fixes efficiently and to a high standard. Both made the experience positive and stress-free, and I truly appreciate their hard work.
