Paradise was outstanding (well, as good as it can get for a root canal). Very professional staff, explained everything along the way.
I felt really welcome during my visit. I was greeted promptly when I came in and Patti took good care of me and made me feel "valued" as a customer. It is very comforting to know that what ever dental problem I may have, Paradise Dental Associates can handle it.

I have been a patient of Paradise Dental for ten years and consistently receive excellent service. I was able to make a quick appointment for a problem I was having which was quickly addressed and a plan put in place.
I really like my cleaning, I always feel good after I come in. What I do not like and had to deal with too much of last year is trying to sort the financial difference out with each charge for any procedure. What happens is you expect the patient to pay their share of any procedure, up front. Then you submit to insurance for payment or remaining half of cost. The problem is is the insurance company ALWAYS pays less than what you charge or quote a patient or they pay with a discount and because then MY share is not matching w... read more
