Had an emergency and both Dr.s Hamelburg took extensive time to take care of my problem. Two of the most professional people that I have met. The follow up later that evening shows how dedicated they are.

I really liked my cleaning, liked the office and enjoyed meeting everyone. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is I have called in on five different occasions in the past few days and was unable to reach anyone. It seems you are very busy, understandably, but it would be nice to have someone answer the phones and for it not to go through to voicemail. I am extremely impressed that even though I put the appointment in my calendar incorrectly, I was called and allowed to arrive a bit late. My hygenist took professional xrays and cleaned my teeth while putting off her lunch....truly above and beyond!
Brita is a wonderful hygienist. I always leave knowing my oral health is being well attended to. Thank you to the Paradise team!
