I had a great experience on the first visit. They have good customer service and well thought marketing techniques that impressed me. Staff was friendly (not overly so) and were genuine. I felt comfortable the whole time. There is a good energy there and I recommend this office to anyone thinking about changing to a new dentist, or even just to explore other possibilities. It is just a few minutes from Marblehead and Swampscott and the parking is easy in their parking lot.
The atmosphere in this office is so friendly and genuine. I just recently moved to the area and I am so happy that I found these folks. Excellent care and compassionate dentists and staff.
I was scheduled for a cleaning and ended up with a more complex issue, Dr S Hamelburg had no problem squeezing me in to fix it all and was quick and thorough. Have been going to Paradise Dental for years and have loved them for all of it.
My whole family goes here and I just referred someone to the office, it just a really great place! They truly care about you. There so innovative and up to date with technology that you know your in the best hands
The dental hygienist katie is by far the nicest hygienist I have encountered! Wonderful Professional, efficient and friendly.
Best dentist on the North Shore. You can't beat them. They are caring, concerned about your comfort, and efficient. I can't recommend the enough.

I had two crowns dine in one afternoon. After the Novocaine wore off, I experienced a little discomfort ( but nothing like I had expected) and today I am eating with no problem what so ever.
I had my first first appointment a few days ago. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. The office is new and inviting ( yes, at a dental office ) The doctor listened to my concerns and we both made a plan ( yes, I was included in making the plan going forward ) I'm not excited about the work to be done, however, I am very happy that it is going to be done by people I trust. Incredibly happy that I was referred to Paradise Dental... all doctors are Tufts Dental grads!!
