Had some dental work done. It went very well. No problems. Everyone was once again very nice and professional.
My recent visit was , as usual, excellent. Cindy is a super star hygienist and a wonderful person. Dr. Steve super too. PD is very competent, comforting, compassionate, a wonderful environment. All staff is terrific too. The Best
I love how Diane cleans my teeth, she is so thorough, she takes the time to remove every little piece of plaque and is so gentle. She does a total mouth inspection I have had my teeth cleaned by other hygienist when Diane has not been available and while they do their job it is not the same. My teeth feel totally overhauled after Diane and feel so clean . I have followed her around for years to different dentists because of this. Thank you Diane Can't beat " old school" hygienist! My teeth feel awesome.
I came in on an emergency basis, and was treated promptly,with courtesy,and my problem relieved.
The dentist is always warm and fun. I prefer to talk rather than listen to a music playlist. The time goes by quick and my teeth feel healthy and clean in the end.
An old crown of mine was replaced yesterday by Dr. Stephen Hamelburg with a Cerec crown. The advantage to using a Cerec crown is that it takes much less time and is much easier for the patient. Dr. Hamelburg is a very good dentist and his assistant was very kind. I am very happy that they moved to Salem and that I found them! I used to go to Boston but no more!
Diane , the hygienist was great. Knowledgeable, efficient, very capable. On top of everything she was pleasant and very personable. All the staff are very good. The new dentist as very good as well, unfortunately I can’t remember her name,but believe it was Greek. I do wish the costs were not so high.
I’ve been in search of a new dentist for quite sometime. I was in need of someone who could correct some issues that were not properly done beforehand. The entire staff from the reception desk to the chair was phenomenal! Hands down the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I am very confident that this will be the right place to finally fix the issues once and for all.
Switched over to paradise dental from previous dentist, I must say that paradise is an A+ dental practice! I have never felt more comfortable and welcomed at a dental office as I did here, and was very impressed with how informed they are as to your treatment options, super happy to have them as my new dentist! Highly recommended
