Although I am mostly happy with the completed project, it was quite the headache and ultimately, I would not recommend this company. I am giving a 2 star review because ultimately the project experience is below average. Tom is a great salesperson, but lacks good communication skills. Our project was pushed back due to weather, which we expected but then an excavator was delivered without me being contacted. I called Tom who stated the project would begin a week early. We really wanted to like these guys as Dalon was really nice when he came out and even the first week things were great, however, after the second week things took a turn. The communication became almost non-existent, and it felt like we were the problem. We feel that we didn't spend enough money for us to receive proper treatment and the excuses and sorries started. I highly recommend Paradise Custom Pools! They installed my pool in just one day, and Tom did an outstanding job keeping me informed every step of the way, delivering on everything he promised. After contacting several other pool companies, I found them to have the best pricing, and their work was exceptional!
My wife and I are currently having a back yard remodel done with this company . We really wanted to love them and think the owner means well, but it has been a shit show of a process. There never seems to be a clear answer on what’s getting done. Our pool, pergola , outdoor kitchen and pavers were supposed to be a 3-5 week project once they started the job.
