Clean and pleasant waiting room, lovely reception greeted with great hospitality. After my initial consultation with dr Bashar I knew he was highly experienced in many aspects, since then I was diagnosed with terminal cancer. They truly care about the welfare of their patients. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. The receptionist greeted me with a big smile and got me checked in quickly. Dr Fon was incredibly kind and attentive, she really listened to all my concerns and made sure I felt heard.
The service at this clinic is consistently amazing. Tami at the front desk is always welcoming and efficient. Dr. Bashar takes his time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciate. You never feel rushed here. The whole team including nurse Michelle is just wonderful. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience seeing Dr Bashar today. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my treatment options clearly. Tami greeted me warmly as always, and Michelle was quick and friendly during vitals. Sometimes there is a long wait as the clinic gets a lot of walk-in emergencies, but it's always worth the wait when you get such detailed and thorough care.
