Amazing! My husband and I came into Paradise Chevy ready to buy a new car because we were adding a new addition to our family and had an amazing experience thanks to Ryan Tracy and Stacey Richards. Terrible Customer Service! Terrible customer service! I went to check out an audi a4 for sale and the salesman told us to come back in half an hour cus he was busy. We came back only to be ignored for 45mins. Then the owner or some other sales person drove up to us in a different car, had the keys to the a4 and told us he was taking it to Costco to get milk for his wife(he had complained about her to us earlier in our conversation). Very unprofessional and not worth your time!
Great job paradise! I had a great experience buying a car from Paradise Chevrolet. My sales person Ryan Tracy did an excellent job letting me test drive different cars and helping determine what was the best car for me. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend working with Ryan when purchasing a new Chevrolet.
This Dealer Changed My Mined. No really, I wasn't sure I was safe going to the dealer for service. I've got a truck I wanted to keep like new and it was under warranty, so I went to the dealer for service. I got excellent service there. They kept me informed and got the job done in a timely manner. The best part was I left there with out the feeling of being ripped off.Now I go there for everything.
