Caused damage to both front rims. Worker told me to steer left. Track engaged with rim both entering and leaving wash. Brand new Audi with severe rim damage. Save yourself the hassle

I have been using the services of Paradise Car Wash for almost a year. Recently, my car developed an issue after I had the car engine detailed. One of the managers, Anderson, took full responsibility for the damaged and reimbursed the costs of the repairs. He was an extremely supportive through the whole ordeal and made sure I was treated justly. His actions reflect that of excellent leadership as well as good customer service. Thank you Anderson.
