My dad and I were in Kent buying a used car and wanted to have it looked at before purchasing it and driving it back to Columbus, and everyone here was super nice and able to squeeze us in and give us a thorough even when they were really busy! Would defnintely recommend :)

Like many Americans, I have had a great deal of bad experiences from repair shops. I have had many places tell me I needed to get things done, many places try to up sell me, all kinds of lies just to make that extra commission. And did they do their jobs? Did they fix my car? Took my truck in for a problem with the front end (I thought). Turned out to be rear drums, nothing more. Could have easily sold me a ton of stuff (110k miles) but fixed exactly what needed fixed. Can’t beat honesty and integrity!
Mike has always treated us fairly and honestly! He also takes care of the vehicles as they were his own. My go to mechanic!
Been going to Mike and Debbie's Paradise for some time and I am very happy with the service they give my older van. Honest, helpful and understanding. Will not try to sell you what is not needed. Have recommended their service to others. Will go back for any further work needed.
