Literally the best chocolate chip cookie. Soft, crunchy, and less than $3 say lesssss
I visited a few weeks ago and cookies were same as ever, no changes since I was a kid 2 decades ago, but today's visit was shocking. My cookie was about half the thickness they normally should be. Not sure if it's a result of poor training, trying to use up the last bit of dough, or inflation, but charging 2.96 per cookie (+ tip!) and getting a super skinny cookie is disappointing. Please maintain consistency or raise your prices a little instead of deceiving loyal customers :(
Paradise bakery &Cafe is the Best! It has the best selection of made-by-scratch cookies. It is a must if you are in Orange County. I know it’s in a mall, but it’s so good! Definitely doesn’t compare to Panera. I wish there were more PB in California. ( They need to a have ship option -at least for their customers in CA)
I just witnessed the sandwich maker open a box with the same bread knife she cuts the sandwiches with. She didn't clean the knife, instead placed it on top of a sandwich that was needing to be wrapped for delivery. This is appalling!!!
I visited this coffee shop on 13th of Jan at 18:29 and ordered two chai latte, I would say that the coffee shop really need to hire people who belongs to this industry, Because hospitality needs people who are welcoming, charming & smiley not rude & grumpy. I was ordering my latter and the girl questioned with a straight face "What do you want?" Excuse me, is this how you talk to your customer?
