The staff at this place needs some serious clear training about customer service, the manager seems careless about the employees’ unfriendly, disrespectful attitude toward clients. Sandwiches are ok, the pastries are terrible !! I wish nicer, classier cafes and bakeries will open at this mall some day ..
i got the club sandwich and clam chowder. unfortunetly the food had no flavor at all. the bread tasted stale, and so cold. the clam chowder tasted like ration food. service was nice but food is was not good at all. 🩹
Literally the best chocolate chip cookie. Soft, crunchy, and less than $3 say lesssss
I visited a few weeks ago and cookies were same as ever, no changes since I was a kid 2 decades ago, but today's visit was shocking. My cookie was about half the thickness they normally should be. Not sure if it's a result of poor training, trying to use up the last bit of dough, or inflation, but charging 2.96 per cookie (+ tip!) and getting a super skinny cookie is disappointing. Please maintain consistency or raise your prices a little instead of deceiving loyal customers :(
Paradise bakery &Cafe is the Best! It has the best selection of made-by-scratch cookies. It is a must if you are in Orange County. I know it’s in a mall, but it’s so good! Definitely doesn’t compare to Panera. I wish there were more PB in California. ( They need to a have ship option -at least for their customers in CA)
