We came here with a friend to try the aerial silks class. It was an awesome workout - better than I've ever had at a gym - and overall a really fun evening with a very helpful and supportive community. I'm quite sore but I'll be back!
I booked in with Mary for a large bachelorette group and it was the perfect start to the weekend! Mary kept the energy high, listened to our preferences and shifted the class to work with how novice we were! 10/10 would recommend especially to kick start a Bach!
Absolutely love taking classes with Mary and Dane. They have lots of patience and skills to share
