We were charged a double deposit to move in simply because we were from California. The place was completely filthy and the carpets were NOT new when we were told it was. 4 months of living here and we have received 2 water shut off notices. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Incredibly difficult to reach someone by phone and to get a timely response to maintenance requests (most of them are cancelled and are not addressed).
