I called Paradigm to schedule my annual main sewer line cleaning along with another kitchen drain issue. They had me on the schedule 2 days later and sent me reminders up to the time my technician arrived. Mitch D was my technician and he was knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and was able to fix all issues and recommend routine annual checks to keep up with maintenance on the main sewer line. My husband and I recently bought a home and the plumbing under the master bathroom sink was not up to code at all. The faucet leaked like crazy and damaged the vanity so we needed a new everything. I called Paradigm on a Thursday and they were able to send someone on Friday. They told me between 10 and 1 and I received a text message with a picture of the plumber and saying that he was on his way at 1015. Scott was absolutely wonderful.
