We were charged $244 dollars for a simple drain snake job. The employee was at our home a total of 40 minutes and, since we are residents of Ferndale, living one block away from the business, the travel time to our job was negligible. Perhaps that is the going rate, perhaps it's even 'cheap' by today's standards, but that's a lot of money for 40 minutes of work. Thankfully, I don't make minimum wage, which is currently $12.48 per hour, or I would have had to work over 19 hours to pay the Paradigm bill.
Excellent customer service. Andrew is very friendly and completed the job efficiently.
We called Paradigm again- small job with a leaky pipe in our basement set tub. We were able to get a quick appointment and Mitch was amazing. Fixed the leak, gave us some tips for some other things he noticed. Really honest and professional. We couldn’t be happier and the price was less than we thought.
