Communication and service were good, and Scott was respectful and explained just what he was going to be doing and how much it would cost. I will definitely keep Paradigm as my go-to when I need plumbing help.
Mitch D. and Jesse M. were outstanding today. Needed to replace our hot water tank, got through a little hiccup, and completed the job the day before Thanksgiving! Workmanship was excellent and it's always nice when the clean up is awesome too! Would not hesitate to call again and recommend!
During our bathroom remodel paradigm Reset old toilet. And change Dolly exterior hose valve. Sam was very good and efficient. Plumbing companies, unfortunately have fixed pricing no matter how long a how short it takes them to install a toilet, My toilet only took about 30 minutes bust still nearly $500.
Sam was wonderful!!! Very professional and kept me up to date with everything. Will absolutely be using him in the future!
I know the technicians were slammed today because of the holidays but they worked me in the schedule to help me out. Great work today Scott, I really appreciate you. The kitchen is the worst place on a holiday for a non working sink!
