I am 76 yoa, went in today for assessment on my neuropathy in my legs. Never have I felt so humiliated and talked down to.Everything fine until I asked about out of pocket expense I would incur. I was dropped like a hot potatoe and he got up and walked away from table to have a young girl escort me up to the front desk. I have two insurance plans and I think it was a legit question. Sometimes Bill one has to do medical reports if a neurosurgeon requests this for my benefit to avoid another surgery have the front desk staff do it you have till august 19 that’s almost 3 weeks and I bet u find in your heart that you saved a patient from another surgery and that it wouldn’t take an hour to type
Gave you negative reviews cause this happened twice mr Bill we had a confrontation once about a years ago that u said sorry to me u could have told me on Friday mark I am with a patient now busy do u need the report today and I would have told u I needed the medical report by august 19 before my appointment with the neurosurgeon on the 20 th of august that’s 19 days away and all he wanted was a report on the type of exercises I was doing to improve my lower back pain and how long I was doing physical therapy and u could hav... read more
Not happy with paradign lately bill seems not to care anymore and told me I was only there twice been coming to paradign on and off for months it’s bill Dodson job to supply medical records to my neurosurgeon wants to see me on Monday to talk this guys is too wishy washy and can be nice sometimes also can be an asshole too

My urologist doesn’t want me going back to paradign bill Dodson has. Bad attitude
Owner needs an attitude adjustment very rude won’t be coming back his loss
