Not dependable. Do not show up when scheduled and do not notify if they are not going to be able to make the appointment. Waited all day and had to call Paradigm office to find out any info. This was first time for PT. I hope this is not an indication of their patient care. Dissatisfied and disappointed in Paradigm service and care.
