Paradigm’s website claims they offer a 'Proactive Approach to Care at Home'. I can confirm: they are incredibly proactive at doing absolutely nothing. If you require essential medical supplies—like, say, things that prevent you from soiling yourself—look elsewhere. Their 'Core Value' of being 'Dependable' must be a typo for 'Depends on You to Do Our Job.'
