Our experience with Paradigm Construction Company was extremely disappointing. Paradigm began our remodel in December 2024 with a projected completion date of March 2025. The project was not finished until February 2026. This remodel was especially meaningful because it is the home my dad built in 1985. Throughout the process there were ongoing delays, inconsistent communication, and multiple project managers. Each time management changed, we had to start over explaining unresolved issues.
