Dear sir or madam, Or or about September 20, 2021 I called and spoke with your Topsfield, MA office and informed them I was moving on November 1, 2021 and requested the cancelation of the account and that no further deliveries be made. It appears that in early January of 2022, you made a delivery to ** ******Rd Stoneham, MA 02180 and are now invoicing me for the delivery, a total charge of $367.44. They locked my tank because they couldn't get in the house to check. Scheduled for them to come to unlock. Said they would call first. Never called, never came but billed me for $250. Can't get through to anyone in Customer Service because they are overseas and their phones cut out. Impossible to get through to get someone to help and still don't have heat in the middle of the winter.

My employer has a commercial account with Amerigas to provide propane to 8 different propane tanks, three of which hold 1,000 gallons. It is my job to call Amerigas regarding problems with this account. Over the years I have found their pricing to be high and have, sometimes, been able to get the price per gallon reduced to the market price at that time. I have also found their service to be poor. I ran out of gas which is my fault, I paid the 300 dollar fee to have the gas delivered in 24 hours. Which is never was 3 days later. I called every day trying to see when the gas was coming. Kept getting case number when they told me they was gonna refund me my 300.00 and the case numbers were fake. I would give the person I spoke to the case number and they say that number isn’t on the account. Terrible customer service!!!

The worse business I have ever done business with. They will lie to you on the phone. You order gas when tank gets to the percentage they want you to order at. They give you a delivery date, then a week after this date you are about to run out of gas , they actually told me that they didn’t know what to say. This business needs to be sued for this practice. Definitely looking for a reliable gas company this summer.

One star for nice but entirely useless customer service agents. This company has grown too large and is not capable of handling their markets. Do not lock yourself in with AmeriGas - purchase your own tank and then you can purchase propane from other vendors. Terrible service. So terrible. I drove to a house 45 minutes away to meet them for a pressure test on our 5% tank level (thanks for waiting until the last day of our window). Worst Company Ive ever had to deal with. I ordered a delivery more than a week ago, saying we were out of propane. Paid for it and now its 11 days later, and we still have no propane.... in the Pocono Mountains in FEBRUARY. Their customer service is awful, as they direct you to a call center and no longer can contact the local office. I have 3 young children, can't cook for them, and have had no heat for a week. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I am on automated delivery and I still have to update my tank levels in order to trigger a delivery. My tank has gotten to zero twice over the last 3 months due to their negligence in maintaining automatic delivery. My house relies on propane for heat. In the winter month, lack of timely delivery should be criminal. They closed their local office during Covid and now the only recourse is to call the national 800 number where they can do absolutely nothing for you.
