Paraco is doing a great job.
Jeff was the customer service man who answered my questions about having no propane to heat my unit on Christmas night when I got home to a cold house. Very frustrating that my tank was allowed to get empty. And even more frustrating for the service charge of $390 that appeared on my account when it was not my fault .
